JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S. NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The Petitioner is the father of one Mr.Chinnasamy, aged 27 years. According to the Petitioner, Mr.Chinnasamy has been found missing from 27.02.2017 onwards. In this regard, the petitioner has made a complaint to the second respondent. But, the detenu has not been so far secured by the respondent is the grievance of the petitioner. Hence, he has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the respondent Police produced the detenu before this Court. He told us that he had fallen in love with one Ms.Anusuya, daughter of Mr.Ramachandiran and he also married her on 02.03.2017. He would further told us that now, he is living along with his wife happily in Tiruvallur District. He would further told us that he has not been illegally detained at all. The said statement is recorded.
3. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition.
Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
