JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI W.P.No.11288 of 2009 Between:
Perikala lalithamma PETITIONER AND 1. The Government of A.P. rep. by its District Collector, (P.R), Prakasam District at Ongole, an others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is submitted by Sri P. Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
