THIS PETITION IS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:
(1) Issue Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned circular issued by the Respondent No.1 dated 14.02.2019 bearing No.Saree/343/Saepa/2018 vide Annexure – B in the interest of justice and equity.
(2) Issue Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the consequential notice in So.Pra.Sa.Pra/Case/Cha.Ta.Shala/2018-19 dated – Nil issued by the Respondent No.2 is herewith marked as Annexure – C in the interest of justice and equity.
2. In identical matter, in Writ Petition Nos.21991/ 2019 and connected matters disposed of on 20.08.2019, this Court has set-aside the Circular bearing No. SRE 343 SEP 2018 dated 14.2.2019. Hence, question of quashing once again the very same Circular does not arise. Insofar as endorsement No.So.Pra.Sa.Pra/Case/Ca.Ta.Shala/2018-19 dated nil (Annexure ‘C’), is set-aside in terms of the order passed in WP No.21991/2019. Accordingly, present petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid decision.
