JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ This contempt application has been filed alleging non- compliance of judgment dated 11.3.2014 passed in Writ Appeal No.859 of 2013. 2. It has been pointed out that in pursuance to the judgment of this Court, a decision has already been taken on 22.11.2014 by the Government of Kerala, complying the direction. In view of the aforesaid, we close the contempt proceedings.
It shall be open for the applicant to seek such relief as may be permitted under law.
