Since Mr.Rituraj Meena, learned advocate generally appears on behalf of Gujarat Pollution Control Board and is present in the Court. Let a copy of the application be served upon him to enable him to take instructions in the matter.
Let the matter appear on August 24, 2012 within top ten matters for the purpose of passing appropriate directions upon the Gujarat Pollution Control Board in this regard. The interim order granted earlier be extended till that date.
