This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not considering the objection of the petitioner and permitting and allowing respondent Nos.6 to 11 to dig their agricultural lands for aquaculture in the name of fish tanks, which are neighbor lands of the petitioner, in Palamuru Village, Penumantra Mandal, West Godavari District, contrary to provisions of the G.O.Ms.No.7, AH, DD&F (Fish.II) Dept., dated 16-03- 2013, as arbitrary, capricious, discriminate, illegal and bad in law.”
After arguing the case, Mr.V.V.Ramana, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file objections before respondent Nos.3 to 5 and avail fresh remedy, in the event her grievance is not redressed by the said respondents. The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.39038 of 2014, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
