Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the State of Andhra Pradesh has obtained instructions from the Sub Inspector of Police, Draksharamam Police Station, East Godavari District and based thereon he would submit that though one Daranikota Satyanarayana has lodged a complaint against the petitioner on 08.08.2014, but, however, the enquiry conducted by the police revealed that there are certain civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the complainant and hence both parties were advised to sort out their civil disputes by approaching the competent civil Court. No crime is registered against the petitioner and the police denied calling the petitioner to the Police Station repeatedly.
In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, no further orders needed to be passed in this writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
