JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vivek Kumar Birla,J.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents to proceed to execute the lease deed.
Sri H.N. Singh, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioner has completed all formalities and made all deposits as and when directed by the respondents yet some new notice is sent now and then for the purpose of delaying the matter.
Sri Amol Ranjan, Advocate holding brief of Sri M.N. Singh prays for and is granted two weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within a week thereafter.
List immediately thereafter.
