This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to register a case under Sections 420 and 406 I.P.C., on the basis of the written information of the petitioner, dated 10.07.2017 and to investigate the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint was registered in Crime No.188 of 2017 for the alleged offences under
Sections 406,420 and
506(i) of I.P.C.
