The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the answer-sheet of the petitioner in the subject of 'Mathematics' in the Intermediate Examination-2018 may be provided to him upon making an application in the prescribed procedure and after deposit of the requisite fee.
The respondent No.2-U.P. Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad is directed to provide a copy of the answer-sheet of the petitioner in the subject of 'Mathematics' in the Intermediate Examination- 2018. The petitioner shall be provided the said answer-sheet after the petitioner makes an application in this regard in the prescribed proforma and upon payment of requisite fee. The said answer-sheet shall be provided to the petitioner preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
This order shall not apply in case the answer-sheet has been weeded out as per the law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
