Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead Tehsildar, Tehsil Pindra, District Varanasi as opposite party no.2 in the matter during course of the day.

By means of this contempt applicant, non compliance of the orders of this Court dated 10.12.2019 passed in Writ C No.40725 of 2019 and 5.10.2020 passed in Contempt Application No.3694 of 2020 are complaint of.
From the perusal of the record, it transpires that it is a case where the proceedings should have been initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, however, the applicant seems to have only preferred a representation after that representation and approached this Court to get his complaint/represenation decided. Since the last application was sent by registered post to Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Pindra, District Varanasi on 15.10.2020, he is directed to transmit it within a period of two weeks from the date of production of copy of this order before him to the Tehsildar/District Collector of the Tehsildar concerned to institute the case under Section 67 of the Code, and conclude the proceedings within a period of two months giving notice and full opportunity to all the affected parties.
Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel is directed to accept notice on behalf of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Pindra, District Varanasi and apprise the Court on the next date fixed about the status of the proceedings.
Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to serve a copy of complete set of the contempt application during the course of the day upon learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel in order to enable him to obtain instruction in the matter by the next date fixed.
