1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 18.12.2018 by which, fair price shop for Gram Panchayat, Rustam Nagar, Block Pisawan, Tehsil Maholi, District Sitapur has been allotted in favour of private respondent no.6.
3. The petitioner has an appropriate statutory remedy under Paragraph 13 of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
4. The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable in view of the statutory remedy being available to the petitioner.
