Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant, Peetam Singh, in Case Crime No. 815 of 2020, under Sections- 452,323,307,504,506 I.P.C., Police Station- Bhagpat, District- Bhagpat.
Applicant is husband of the informant, who is his first wife. The allegation has been made against the applicant that his second wife and his son tried to strangulate the informant.Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication byway of counter blast proceedings earlier second wife of the applicant has lodged First Information Report against his first wife and other family members of the applicant.The allegations in the First Information Report are incorrect.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 05.02.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 05.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
