The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.84 of 2015 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents expeditiously, within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the case is being posted for recording of evidence and for disposal of certain misc. applications.
The petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
