(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that e- auction sale scheduled yesterday has been cancelled and that bank has offered One Time Settlement (OTS). In the abovesaid circumstances, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Placing on record the above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
