2. When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Cr.No.1092 of 2012, after investigation, one Mahesh was arrayed as accused and the name of the petitioner was deleted from the accused list.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
