The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 22.09.2006, in ASMP.No.1764 of 2006 in AS.No.508 of 2006.
At the hearing, Sri G.Rama Gopal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Contempt Case with liberty to his client to file a fresh Contempt Case after issuing legal notice to the respondent.
Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Contempt Case, Application No.549 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
