ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the 8th respondent to follow earlier procedure contemplated as per Letter No.849/E/2012 dt.16.10.2012 issued by the 5th respondent and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioners to catch fish in the 8th respondent Society.”
At the hearing, Sri Arra Narayan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Letter, dated 01.12.2014, is also addressed to the Registry to that effect.
In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.27293 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
