The petitioner contends that more amount than is due to the first respondent is kept under attachment. The amount of the petitioner lying with the second respondent bank is so attached.
E.A. No. 1766/2012 in E.P. No. 152/2010 in O.S. No. 596/2008 is pending for attachment.
2. I direct the court of the Subordinate Judge of Thrissur to dispose of E.A. No. 1766/2012 in E.P. No. 152/2010 in O.S. No. 596/2008 expeditiously. Every endeavour shall be made to pass final orders thereon within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
3. The balance amount of the petitioner after satisfying the dues of the first respondent shall be released by the second respondent bank. Such disbursement shall be made within one month from the date of passing orders in E.A. No. 1766/2012.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
