The Writ Petitioner in W.P(C).No.29894 of 2014 is one of the evictees for the construction and development of Cochin International Airport. He raised a complaint against the third respondent in that Writ Petition alleging that the third respondent is operating a taxi based on the benefits granted to the evictees. Based on the complaint, the third respondent's permit was suspended. Challenging suspension of permit, third respondent approached this Court in W.P(C).No.9841 of 2013. Grievance of petitioner in W.P(C). No.29894 of 2014 is that proceeding is not so far concluded based on his complaint.

Considering the common issues in both Writ Petitions, I am of the view, a decision shall be taken by the Managing Director of Cochin International Airport within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to both parties. It is submitted that hearing already have been concluded as per Ext.P5 proceeding in W.P(C). No.29894 of 2014.
With the above direction, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
