The question falling for consideration in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P. (C) No. 23966 of 2014 and batch rendered on 13.10.2014. 2. The variation in facts, if any, in the present case has not been substantial so as to render the principle of law decided in W.P.(C) No. 23966 of 2014 and batch inapplicable. Accordingly, following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of. No order as to costs.
