JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 03.06.2013, made in W.P.(MD)No.5003 of 2011.
2. This Court, by order dated 03.06.2013, directed the respondent herein to consider the claim made by the petitioner regarding community status of the petitioner's daughter and pass necessary final order regarding the community status of the petitioner's daughter and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. Since the respondent has not complied with the said order within the time stipulated by this Court, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the Contempt Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order of this Court dated 03.06.2013 has been complied with and the claim of the petitioner was considered and rejected.
4. In view of the above said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, we are of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Petition. The Contempt Petition is closed accordingly. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection order in the manner known to law.
