This Court had issued an interim direction on admission directing remittance of an amount of Rs.25,000/- on or before 29.12.2008, the date fixed for sale. The petitioner was also directed to remit Rs.25,000/- per month on or before the last working day from January 2009. It was also stipulated that, if there is default, the benefit of the order would stand re-called.
