The relief sought for in these writ petitions is for a direction to direct the respondents to extend the benefit of Fixed Medical Allowance (FMA) to the petitioners by making necessary entries in the PPO/PPA Nos.0602245389 & 0602248977, respectively.

The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners made a submission that the writ petitioners have submitted the representations dated 23.04.2016 and 06.01.2016, in respect of the grant of fixed medical allowances in accordance with the orders of the Union of India. However, the same are yet to be considered.
3.Thus, without going into the merits of the cases, the first respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioners dated 23.04.2016 and 18.05.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioners are directed to enclose the copy of the representations along with the order passed in these writ petitions to the respondents.
