When the Original Petition(Criminal) came up for hearing today, the Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he intends to file an application to quash the proceedings on the basis of settlement as it is a family dispute and sought permission to withdraw the Original Petition(Criminal) with liberty to proceed with that application. The above submission of the Counsel for the petitioner is recorded and the Original Petition(Criminal) is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. Sd/-
