JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner was the co-owner of the land situated in Sy.No.1/8 (Re.Sy.No.1/23) of Aranattukara Village. The above property was acquired under the Land Acquisition Act for the public purpose by the respondents. The petitioner submits that the original of the title deed is in possession of other co- owners and therefore, it is not possible for him to make available of the original deed for receiving the apportioned compensation. The petitioner submits that he is ready to produce certified copy of the title deed. 2. In view of the fact that the original of the title deed is with other co-owners, the petitioner shall swear an affidavit, duly attested by the Notary, stating reason for non production. He shall also execute an indemnity bond and shall produce certified copy of the title deed. Based on the production of the above documents, compensation amount due to the petitioner W.P.(c).No.33864 of 2014 : 2 :
shall be disbursed to him within two months from the date of production of the above documents.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
