Seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.08.2015 to pay the enhanced compensation amount for the lands acquired from him comprised in Survey No.253/2B measuring extent of 1100 square meters, sitaute at Vinnamangalam Village, Ambur Taluk (previously Vaniyambadi Taluk), Vellore District, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that appropriate orders have already been passed on 18.10.2016 in Rc.G7/20376/02 by the District Collector, Vellore. A copy of the said proceedings has also been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
