Learned advocate Mr.Atit Thakor submits that Shree Dave has filed leave note and he is placing on record copy of communication from the State in the Industries and Mines Department dated 05.10.2012 where-under change in Regulation 19 of GSFC (Staff) Regulation 1961 is not accepted on account of Special Civil Application is pending in the High Court.
In view of this, by way of ad interim order at this stage the respondents are directed that any action in connection of retirement of these employees will be subject to final result of this petition or any other interim order, that may be passed herein after.
Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to place on record Direct Service Affidavit. He is at liberty to file affidavit through his Clerk in the office.
