The petitioner confines her relief to an early disposal of an appeal suit arising out of a suit for partition. The request made by the petitioner for an early disposal of the appeal has not been successful in the lower appellate court.

2. I heard the counsel for the petitioner in detail and also took note of the attendent circumstances. I direct the court of the Subordinate Judge of Tirur to dispose of A.S. No. 116/2013 at the earliest.

3. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the appeal before the court closes for Christmas vacation.

The Original Petition is disposed of.
