JUDGMENT / ORDER

Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was dismissed for default and if any application filed for restoring the suit, the Court below can consider the same. The petitioner is given liberty to approach the court for restoring the suit.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
