Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Smt. Devendri petitioner No.4 appears in person before the Court. She has been identified by Sri Nasiruzzaman Advocate. She claims herself to be major. In support of her age she has filed her High School Mark-sheet as Annexure-3 to the writ petition, in which her date of birth is mentioned as 4.1.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married to Pawan petitioner No.1.
In view of the statement of Smt. Devendri petitioner No.4, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 35 of 2019 under Section 366, 504 & 506 IPC PS- Iglas, District- Aligarh till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
The petitioners shall co-operate with the police during investigation.
