Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has challenged the order dated 24.07.2018 and its cognizance taken by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Aligarh in S.T./C.C. No 90088 of 2018 (State Vs. Pawan) arising out of case crime no. 313 of 2018, u/s 377, 506 IPC and 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Khair, District, Aligahr, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 8, Aligarh.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant, I find no illegality or infirmity in the order. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
