Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is directed to make necessary amendment in the array of parties by correcting the name of opposite party no. 2 as 'Aripta Shukla @ Pooja Shukla' in place of Pooja Shukla.
The said amendment be carried out forthwith.
