JUDGMENT / ORDER

The order impugned dated 1.11.2010 , passed by the District Magistrate,Chatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Nagar, whereby the petitioner's arms licence has been suspended, is appealable under Section 18 of Arms Act.
Therefore, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same by way of appeal.
