Following orders were passed in the matter on 17.4.2018:-
"Learned counsel representing respondent no.3 may obtain instruction as to whether any order has been passed upon the claim of petitioner for inter-district transfer.
Post as fresh on 24.4.2018."
Sri Vikram Bahadur Singh appearing for the respondent no.3 has obtained instructions. It is stated that the process of considering the applications of inter-district transfer is already on, and the process would be concluded shortly. Learned counsel states that as and when the process is undertaken, claim of petitioner for transfer shall also be considered.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondents to consider the grievance of petitioner, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
