Shri Ratan Deep Mishra, holding brief of Shri Vikash Chandra Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute that the controversy raised in the present petition is similar to one which has been disposed of on 20.07.2018 in Writ A No. 67228 of 2014 (Tulsi Ram Prajapati Vs. Union of India and Another).
For the reasons recorded therein, this petition is also disposed of on same terms.
