Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 1075 of 2015, under Sections 7/13 A Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Bulandshahr.
The Court finds no ground to entertain this application for grant of anticipatory bail in which the applicant has failed to cooperate with the investigation and against whom Non Bailable Warrants have been issued. Bearing in mind the decision of the Supreme Court in Lavesh Vs. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2012) 8 SCC 730], the application is rejected.
