This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Nagar Ayukt (respondent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.8.2016, as well as reminders dated 16.11.2017 and 17.11.2017.
A perusal of the representation shows that the petitioner was selected as Safai Karmi in the Selection held in the year 2016, but the appointment letter has not been issued to him. The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of directing Nagar Ayukt (respondent-2) to decide the representation of the petitioner, by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
