Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned A.G.A. for the respondents 1 and 2; and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the first information report dated 04.02.2019 registered as Case Crime No.57 of 2019, under Sections 452, 354, 506 IPC and Section 7/8 of Pocso Act, P.S. Sadabad Kotwali, District Hathras.
The allegations in the impugned first information report suggests that the victim was harassed and her modesty was outraged. The victim is stated to be minor.
As allegations disclose commission of cognizable offence, no case to quash the first information report is made out. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to apply for bail.
