The applicant is aggrieved against the proceedings undertaken by the opposite party No.2 under Section 145 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 which is pending before the court below.
In the opinion of the Court mere pendency of the revision is not grievance which needed to be redressal by means of this petition in exercise of Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It is left open for the petitioner to pursue the revision which has been filed at the instance of the opposite party No.-2, to decide the case at the earliest.
In any view of the matter, the court below is directed to conclude the proceedings of revision within a period of the three months from the date of production of certified copy this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
