Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and Sri Kaushal Kishor, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 29.8.2018 passed by the District Magistrate, Banda under Section 95(1)(g) of the Act, 1947 ceasing the financial and administrative power of the Pradhan and direction for constitution of three members committee to exercise such powers has been given.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Prayer so made is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
