This application has been filed with a prayer to quash the order dated 13.11.2006 passed learned C.J.M. Kheeri whereby the applicant under section 156(3) Cr.P.C. has been allowed.

From the perusal of the record it appears that the impugned order is not suffering from any illegality, the prayer for quashing the same is refused.

Accordingly it is dismissed.
