This appeal is directed against the order of writ court dated 10.12.2009 passed in Writ Petition No.33533 of 2009. The writ petition was directed against the order of the Collector passed under section 47-A read with Section 33 of The Stamp Act and also against the order of revisional Court passed in exercise of powers under section 56 of The Stamp Act.
