After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate petition under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 after impleading proper and necessary party including Gaon Sabha.
The contempt petition is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
