Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide Case No. 47 of 2017, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a stipulated period.
From the order dated 05.12.2017 found in the order-sheet of the case, it appears that earlier, on the date fixed, an order was passed for ex parte judgment, upon which, the defendant had appeared and had applied for recall of the order whereupon a date was fixed.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued.
It is expected that the court shall proceed with the matter, in accordance with law.
