The instant petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 10.05.2018 passed by the Civil Judge (Jr. Div. Ist), Aligarh in Suit No. 272 of 2018 by which the learned Judge has refused to grant ex parte injunction and had considered it appropriate to issue notice to the other side before considering the injunction prayer.
As already more than five months have elapsed, the matter may have been rendered infructuous and therefore, even in the revised call, no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition.
