I.S.Pramod Chandra, SPP-II for R1; R2- served – Unrepresented) This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the order dated 03.01.2012 signed on 06.01.2012 passed by the Prl. C.J. and JMFC., Channapatna in C.C.No.50/2012 thereby taking cognizance against the petitioners for the offences punishable under section 420 r/w Section 34 of IPC insofar as the same relates to the petitioners/accused nos.1 and 2 and etc.

O R D E R This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order of cognizance dated 03.01.2012. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the trial court has framed charges and matter is set down for recording the evidence.
In view of the said submission, petition does not survive for consideration.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as it does not survive for consideration.
