(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned Additional Government Pleader states that the grievance of the petitioner of encroachment in S.No.217/6, which is a cart track, at Polavakalipalayam Village, Gopichettipalayam Taluk, Erode District, is being attended to and on inspection, the allegation has been found to be correct and notices are being issued within one week and the proceedings would be concluded within the maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the respondent shall remain bound by the same.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
