JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is not in dispute that the petitioners are in arrears of maintenance awarded by the Court below. At the same time, considering over all facts and circumstances, petitioners are directed to pay Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) towards outstanding arrears on or before 14.06.2012 and further if respondent - wife is willing to reside separately in alternative accommodation / rented premises, it will be open for them to enter into negotiations and find out amicable solution.
Stand over to 15.06.2012.
