Heard Sri Amit Saxena, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Sri S.K. Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel representing respondent nos. 1 and 2.
At the very outset, learned Senior Advocate submits that the petitioner is confining his prayer to the limited direction for disposal of his complaint dated 22nd July, 2019 submitted before the respondent no. 2 invoking the provision of Clause-18 of the brochure published by the Corporation. It is submitted that the said complaint has remained pending.
Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- Corporation has no objection in case a direction is issued for disposal of the said complaint in a time bound frame.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to decide the pending complaint of the petitioner dated 22nd July, 2019 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks' from the date of production of certified copy of the order and of course after putting Avinash Kumar Pandey respondent no. 3 to notice and giving proper opportunity of hearing to him.
